SUMMER CAMP
Recommended ages 12-16
As your teens gear up to return to school, this camp offers opportunities to practice mindfulness and grounding techniques through a variety of creative outlets. From journaling and movement exercises to drawing, painting, clay collage, and more, participants will engage in activities designed to nurture their personal language of artistic expression. Led by GAC teaching artist, this camp offers a supportive environment where teens can cultivate mindfulness, build resilience, and discover new ways to navigate the challenges of adolescence with creativity and grace.
