Letter of Support

Thank you for your willingness to write a letter in support of another cycle of funding for our Art for All program. The Letter of Support is the most impactful part of our annual Arts Respond grant application to the Texas Commission on the Arts — which funds Art for All. We can submit up to 3 letters per cycle.

Instructions

1. Type the letter on your organization’s official letterhead

2. Please address it to the Texas Commission on the Arts grant review panel

3. Include in the body of the letter:

   • your title or position

   • the goals or mission of your program or organization

   • how continued funding for Art for All supports those goals

   • any anecdotal info you can share illustrating how Art for All benefits your clients/patients

   • your signature

4. Complete your letter by January 10, 2022 and email a signed copy to reyna@galvestonartscenter.org

   OR mail a physical copy to Galveston Arts Center, Attn: Reyna Collura 2127 Strand, Galveston, TX 77550
   OR drop it off at the front desk or through our mail slot at any time
   OR give it to your teaching artist when they come to your site
